We understand that sometimes mistakes are made when ordering and occasionally things might not be quite what you expected when you receive them. So we will happily exchange or refund the purchase price of any regular full-priced item if it is returned to us in new condition within 14 days of being received.
We just ask that you please let us know by email or telephone when you are sending something back to us so we can look out for it and deal with your request promptly
Please be aware though that, unless we are somehow at fault, you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods and shipping any replacement goods.
Our exchange and refunds policy does not apply to custom orders, sale items or the original postal and packaging charges incurred by Pet Zympatico.
