How Does it Work?
Every time you buy from Pet Zympatico you will earn one PZ PetBank Loyalty Point for each dollar you spend. Twenty PZ PetBank Loyalty Points have a value of $1.00.
When you have saved 100 PZ PetBank Loyalty Points you will receive a $5.00 discount off the full purchase price of any item except already discounted items. Of course, if you have more than 100 points you will get a proportionally bigger discount.
PZ PetBank Loyalty Points are awarded only on the value of your purchase, NOT on postage and handling charges and they can only be redeemed against future purchases. Normal postage and handling charges will apply to your discounted purchase. PZ PetBank Loyalty Points cannot be exchanged for cash refunds and must be used within 24 months or they will expire.
How do I join the PZ PetBank Loyalty Program?
It's easy, just register your details online with us and subscribe to eTails, our newsletter. When you first purchase from Pet Zympatico, you will automatically be awarded your loyalty points and they will be recorded on your invoice.
How do I know how many PZ PetBank Loyalty Points I have?
Each time you purchase, your invoice will show how many PZ PetBank Loyalty Points you have been awarded on that purchase as well as your current PZ PetBank Loyalty Points total.
How do I receive my PZ PetBank Loyalty Discount?
When you have earned 100 or more points, just order and pay for your chosen items in the usual way. If you are paying via PayPal, you will be refunded your discount via PayPal. If you are telephoning your credit card details, the discount will be deducted from your payment before processing. If you are paying via internet bank transfer or money order you may deduct the discount yourself. Just remember, you must have 100 or more points before you can claim your discount.
What if I don’t want to participate in the PZ PetBank Loyalty Program?
That’s fine, just email ros@petzympatico.com.au and let me know. Your PZ PetBank Loyalty Points will be deleted from our records.
