Payment Methods
Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal using your Visa, Mastercard, or bank account. Payment via PayPal is the fastest way to receive your order.
Other acceptable payment methods are:
Internet Bank Transfer to the Pet Zympatico bank account - please email ros@petzympatico.com.au for bank details.
Telephone your Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card details direct to Ros, on 02 8850 3809.
Australia Post Money Order - please post to me here.
Delivery Charges
Within Australia all orders, irrespective of value, incur a flat charge of $8.50 shown as a Postage and Handling Charge in your Shopping Cart. There are NO additional shipping or postal costs on any order.
Enquiries for international delivery are best made via email to ros@petzympatico.com.au as the shopping cart is not formatted to handle overseas orders..
Delivery Methods
All orders will be sent to you via Australia Post Regular Parcel Post. The only exception to this is if an item is being sent direct from a Supplier and that supplier elects to use another method.
At your request items may be sent via Express Parcel Post but you will be responsible for the full amount of postage. Please contact me direct via email at ros@petzympatico.com.au if you wish to make Express Parcel Post arrangements for your order.
All overseas orders are sent via Registered Parcel Post
Despatch Times
Every effort is made to dispatch your order to you within 24 hours of having received it. Orders are not sent out on weekends. Custom orders that are being made for you (e.g.non-stock Pet Beds) may take up to a week to be ready to mail to you. You will be given an estimate of time when your order is received.
Delivery times are of course subject to Australia Post delivery schedules and will vary according to your postcode.
